3.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE COMPRA
3.1.- Indicaciones acerca de cómo comprar.

3.2.- Adquisición de bienes. Contrato de compraventa.
La compra de artículos se somete a las Condiciones Generales de Contratación recogidas en la presente WEB, así como cualesquiera Condiciones Particulares que para determinados productos pudieran establecerse por esta sociedad y, en definitiva, a lo previsto en la legislación vigente. 4.- DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DEL PRESTADOR DE LOS SERVICIOS
1.- Como proveedor del servicio, MELIAM MUSIC, S.L. se encuentra obligada a prestar los servicios ofertados, a garantizar eficazmente el secreto de las comunicaciones que pudieran existir con el usuario, así como a responder a las reclamaciones que eventualmente pudieran plantearse.
2.- En caso de efectuar operaciones de mantenimiento, reparación, actualización o mejora de los servicios, MELIAM MUSIC, S.L. tiene el derecho a suspender temporalmente y sin necesidad de preaviso, la accesibilidad a la página, así como a reservarse el derecho de prestación o cancelación de los servicios, sin perjuicio de lo cual procurará ponerlo en conocimiento de los usuarios, siempre que las circunstancias así se lo permitan.

5.- DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DEL USUARIO
